The platform fee covers the workspace: every tenant in one place, up to 50 members with owner, operator and viewer roles, and one activity log for all of them. Each tenant fee brings everything in Watch to that tenant: daily scheduled runs, warning mails and its own warning addresses, so a client’s administrator can be told too.

How do I pay?
By invoice, for now. Choose a plan and we send an invoice to your organization, payable by bank transfer. The plan switches on in your workspace when the payment arrives.
What does "billed in advance" mean?
Watch is paid once a year, in advance: $108 a year per tenant. The monthly figure is there to compare plans.
How is the MSP plan billed?
A platform fee of $79 a month plus $7 a month for each tenant in the workspace, month by month until you cancel it.
Do I lose my Preview runs when I choose a plan?
No. Your Preview workspace becomes your paid workspace, with its runs, its tenant and your team. The next report lists every item of every section.
What is the One-time plan for?
For a consultant, a project or an audit: every item of a tenant with its owner, handling and export, for 30 days, run as often as you like. It has no scheduled runs or warning mails. After the 30 days the tenant returns to the Preview.
Does a plan renew by itself?
No. A plan runs until its end date; renewing is a new invoice. The MSP plan runs month by month until you cancel it.
