This policy explains what GlacierPoint Remind handles about your organization and its people, why, and for how long. [Legal entity, address] is responsible for the website and the accounts; for the data of your tenants we act on your behalf.

1. What a run carries

  • Names, start and end dates of the secrets and certificates of applications, never their values or private keys.
  • The names and user principal names of applications’ owners, and the date applications last signed in.
  • Your domains and their DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) as published, looked up from your computer.
  • The end dates and states of Intune certificates and tokens, the state of directory synchronization, and the objects Conditional Access policies name.

2. Your account

Your email address, your name if you give it, your workspace and role, and the times you signed in. Owners and warning addresses you assign to items are kept to send the warnings you asked for.

3. What we never collect

The value of any secret, any private key, passwords or tokens for your tenant, and user content such as mail, files or chats.

4. How long

Runs are kept for the history of your plan: 30 days with the Preview and One-time, 400 days with Watch and MSP. Closing a workspace deletes its tenants, runs and records.
